no QR code in authentication window

Hello,
After connecting to open VPN, the QR code is not visible.
Someone can help please?

Hello,
Is this during a login attempt, or during the enrollment of a user to add Google Authenticator MFA to their account?
When I verify here on Access Server 2.8.7 I see the QR code come up during enrollment as expected. But not during login. There is no QR code during login.
