Windows Network Login option

Hi
In Windows there is an option when using the built in VPN to connect it at the Windows login screen - It's called "Network Login"
Looking for something similar - it would be really handy to have the option to start OpenVPN at the login screen before you log into Windows.
I know you can use the Windows service with auto start the OpenVPN service but that's not what I'm looking for as I don't always want the OPenVPN service to start before I login.
I just want the option to start the vpn at the login screen if I need it.
