How to check fastest VPN location?

Hello VPN gurus,
I have interesting doubt related to OpenVPN.
My company uses internal VPN which is connected to different office locations.
For example, Raleigh, Singapore, Tokyo, etc are the VPN locations.
(We usually connect to the VPN by putting kerborose password)
I was wondering if there is way to find out which of this VPN location giving me the fastest internet speed?
I wanted to know fastest internet speed based on 2 factors:
1. how fast I can access internet (i.e. public websites, I think those I can test with https://fast.com)
2. how fast I can access intranet (i.e. private websites from intranet, not sure how to check internet speed regarding this websites)
Is there any way?
