How to eneble auth user pass in windows server?

I read google all day. My force is left me.
All google only for server on unix system and somes script, it's very hard to me. I have OpenVPNserver on win10, several clients, working OpenVPN. I want to add to keys/ca autentification also login/password for clients. Someone help me with all steps?
if I understood correctly i need add command to server.ovpn
-auth-user-pass-verify someCommand/script
Where i can found this Command/script?
Where and how stored login:password of clients ?
