Error install OpenVPN 2.5.0-1601

I want to install the client on my virtual windows machine, got this error:

OpenVPNMSICA: tap_create_adapter: DilnstallDevice failed Error - 536870387:

Any one know how to fix it?

Probably your anti-virus is interfering.
