Paypal.com shows me the "access denied" error when I use my VPN

I have my own VPS (Ubuntu 18) which I have installed Openvpn on (No one else except me is using it). When I connect to the server and try to connect to paypal.com it shows me the "access denied" error but this doesn't happen when I browse the website using my main connection.
I think it's a problem with Openvpn's configuration or my VPS. I've tried deleting my browser's cookies and even tried other browsers, tried connecting through my phone but nothing helped.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
