OpenVPN behind AWS LB or CloudFront or Restrict it based on Geolocation

Due to security reasons, we have been asked to put the openVPN server behind AWS LB or AWS CloudFront so that we can put some Geolocation Restrictions.
1. Is it possible to put openVPN behind cloudfront or LB.
2. Is there any inbuild mechanism in openVPN to limit its accessibility based on the Geographic location.
