We paid for the renewal of the openvpn access server license about some hours ago. The vpn support team have confirmed the payment, yet the new license is yet to be issued. we paid for 50 concurrent users and for a year. The support team just ghosted me on the support link and stopped providing update like 2 hours ago. Coming here is like an act of desperation because I don't even know what else to do. I paid for a service and I have to spend time begging that I be allowed to use that service. It just not right.
I was told there is a new subscription model that unifies all license and it was suppose to be easy. Not what I am finding out. Right now my team are unable to use the company infrastructure because the license has expired and we are down to 2 concurrent users. This is really sickening to know we paid for a service only to be treated this way.

I guess am out of ideas what to do. They is no phone to call and I just feel trapped with my email being ignored. What can I do?
