Multi-Tunnel type

Hi all,
Im trying to work out if this is in fact possible - havent managed to find info (or I'm not using the right keywords
)
I want to be able to force full tunnel to a specific user group and everyone else gets split tunnel....
(Groups will be controlled via RADIUS)
Is this at all possible?
