Hello,

I have 2 TAP Windows Adapters ( 9.21.2 ): #1, #2. If my other application use adapter #1, I can't run OpenVPN - I get information that "All TAP-Windows adapters on this system are currently in use". When my other application use Adapter #2, OpenVPN run correctly with Adapter #1.

What's going on? OpenVPN check only the first adapter and if it's in use, user get information that "All TAP-Windows adapters on this system are currently in use"?

Qemu - emulator for operation systems. One of its argument is TAP Adapter

QEMU is not an operating system, what operating system do you use inside QEMU ?

You probably setup QEMU or your VM incorrectly.
