OK, so here I am locked down in France trying to access my national lottery website national-lottery.co.uk.

I was able to access it not long ago but now it seems to have stopped. I am having problems both with my ISP access and my VPN.

The ISP IP address was blacklisted and when I released it I could access it from the ISP route. However it still does not connect from my VPN IP.

This has a clean blacklist summary and I can access every other website I want to but it is stubbornly refusing to connect to the national-lottery.

I even did a reverse dns lookup and tried to access the IP address direct but that also did not work.

I have run out of ideas can anyone offer a suggestion for me to try?

I just tried to ping the website and their two dns IP addresses and got ICMP timeouts. But ping may be disabled?

Traceroute takes me to xxxxx.bt.net (BT are their ISP) but then I simply get no response outputs:

Any ideas?

Possibly the National Lottery have black-listed your server IP ... but that is only a guess.

Probably, your IP is banned. Try to access the website from different IP.
