Multiscope OU LDAP authentication

Hello,
I´ve been researching about this topic without any luck at all, and surprises me that people are not complaining out there about this huge bug that looks to me.
Well the thing is that I have a DC with multiples OUs to have a better distribution of the GPOs, and my question is: There is ANY way to actually make the LDAP authentication to search in more than one OU?
I already contact support and it was the same as asking my grandma about it.
