I use more than one VPN on a Windows laptop.

I connect to the internet and my IP is 123.456.789.999
I lunch the VPN application (e.g. NordVPN).
I chose a country/server in the NordVPN application, I connect to the server.
My public IP is now 987.654.321.111

What is the IP address that I am connected to?
In other words, to which IP address my ISP sees that I am connected?

Is it 987.654.321.111?
Is my public IP address the same of the IP address that I am connected to?

Always to your ISP's gateway.

Your VPN provider.
(and that's not really in other words, the two questions are distinct)

It's not about where you connect to but about what the world sees...

I connect to internet without VPN.
My ISP can see and record the IP of all the web pages that I visit.

Now I open the NordVPN application and I connect to a NordVPN server.
My public IP address becomes 987.654.321.111 (for example).
Which IP address the ISP sees that I am "visiting"?
