OpenVPN Support Forum

I setup OpenVPN server at a client's office. From my own four home office PCs I can successfully connect and access network resources. Now I'm trying to setup a user's two home PCs; she can connect but cannot access the resources. All PCs are Windows 10, using same OpenVPN client version.
Any ideas?

btw, the client successfully uses PPTP from those home PCs, but like I say, OpenVPN connects but does not allow access to office resources.
