I cannot renew servercert.pem on cacert.org. it keeps saying pending

I am finding it difficult to renew the servercet.pem certificate on cacert.org. The certificate i want to renew will expire tomorrow by 7am GMT +1 and it is for an impoortant server. kindly help urgently
