Ewon Flexy 205 with openVPN

Hi everyone.
I've been trying to connect an Ewon Flexy 205 Router with openVPN.
I asked them and they gave me a manual that I followed.
The router is apparently trying to make the connection but I receive the next messages/errors:
(IP=Or Server IP).
I just would like to know what could be the posible reason why I get this error.
