connection problem on android

Good afternoon, I installed openvpn for Android on a h96max 4k. Then I went into the application and imported the .ovpn file and saved it. Then I clicked on it to turn on the vpn, opened a new window and in VPN status it appeared: connected: success but after a few seconds it appears: waiting for usable network and I no longer have internet in the box. Do you have any suggestions to solve my problem? O use network cable.
