Securing server: any suggestions?

Hi to all, I'm a newbie about OpenVPN so I hope to post in the right place.
I need to create a Vpn using several devices such MikroTik, Teltonika and Raspberry.
I installed OpenVPN as client on Raspberry Pi: here I have configuration files for OpenVPN client so passwords and certificates.
I use Raspberry for remote telemetry, so in the worst case someone could remove SD and get VPN files to connect to my server.
On Raspberry I have local server to collect data (on TCP port 18500), then I access to web server (TCP 80) and ssh (TCP 22).
In this case are there suggested rules to protect server and other clients?
Thanks.
