OpenVPN on Verizon Jetpack MiFi 8800L

I'm trying to use the clientconfig.ovpn from my Linksys WRT3200ACM but when I try to apply it to the Jetpack MiFi 8800L, it says Invalid config file. I'm not sure why it's not working. That same config file works perfect on my phones running the openVPN app.

I'm having the exact problem with the client.ovpn file from my Watchguard T-70. Verizon support was useless. The best advice they could give was set back to factory defaults.
Did you ever figure out a solution to the issue?

You should continue bothering them, we have no idea about their devices.....too.
