Service Failed to validate

I was installing my new TLS certificate on my open access server,
so I changed my server name to match the FQDN of my certificate,
I changed the server name and it caused an error,
I installed the certificate, it validated correctly,
I tried restarting the server but it will not start,
every time I try starting the server from the Access Server website it says
service failed to validate
service failed to validate
value (0) must be in the range <type 'int'>[1,1000000]: util/cdict:298,util/valid:18 (exceptions.ValueError)
Besides that, I can not use my FQDN anymore to reach the webserver, I have to resort back to using the IP address.
What did I do wrong, how do I fix this?
