No TCP connectivity when roaming (network-operators Orange B | KPN))

Hi,
I am using OpenVPN without any problems (server on Synology and clients on Android/Windows 10) when I am in my home country (the Netherlands) for some years now :
- using an Android phone and the Android OpenVPN client - works OK!
- using a PC OpenVPN client connecting through the Android phone's Mobiel hotspot - works OK!
- reaching my Synology login webpage (https) - works OK!
My network operator is KPN
BUT...
when I am traveling abroad, at the moment roaming from Belgium, using Orange B | KPN something goes wrong.
- I am still able to connect (phone/PC) to my OpenVPN server
- I am able to sent and receive ICMP Ping requests and replies.
- I am able to traceroute
But unfortunately I am not able to connect to my Synology login web-page (https) or any other service on my Home network when I am abroad...
So something goes wrong using TCP ... ???
When I am using some WiFi network abroad everything works as as expected.
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers
Luc
