client access to one IP of OpenVPN servers WAN

Hello
I need some help ragarding routing.
In my configuration the clients should access one IP on the WAN port of the OpenVPN server.
The idea behind is to access the GUI of Fritzbox connected on the WAN port.
Of course I could route the whole internet traffic through the VPN with push "redirect-gateway def1" this works but
I just want only one IP (10.10.10.1) to be routed.
Can this be done using routing table?
Config is :
Fritzboxconnected on WAN port: 10.10.10.1 (should be accessable by clinet)
Router/OpenVPN server WAN IP: 10.10.10.10
Router/OpenVPN server LAN: 10.10.1.0 /255.255.255.0
Router OpenVPN subnet 10.10.0.0/255.255.255.0
OpenVPN client LAN 10.10.2.0/255.255.255.0
