Trouble with installing the software OpenVPN

I am having trouble installing the software. I have installed, but she does not open. The following message appears:

OpenVPN GUI is already running.
Right klick on the tray icon to start.

I don't know what they mean with the tray icon. I did a right klick on the icon from OpenVPN, but it doesn't work.

Can you help me please, because I payed for it and want to use it.

Please ask your software vendor for more information.
