can i turn user PC to a proxy server via OpenVpn!

First of all, Thank you for this greate Program.
I am not sure how to subject this post. and I am not sure if this is the correct place to start with.

My problem:
I have a php script on my server which needs to use the end user ip address to run https requests.. so i need ip, port to install in my PHP code so I can connect to his PC!

So I need to ask the end-user to turn his PC to a proxy server, and open port on his router, well, what if the end-user not an expert. is there an easy way to do this?

someone told me why not use OpenVPN, so the user will use this to connect to my server, and my server somehow will use his connection via the OpenVPN.

I don't know if that can be don.
