Hello,

I have a NETGEAR D6220. I am trying to use OpenVPN and am having an issue. Following the install instructions and going though OpenVPN help is not helping find a solution. The server is just a product and I can't change it so I think the issue is just Windows 10 but some basic help is required.

Following the instructions on a Laptop running Windows 10 everything is done correctly:
- enable VPN Service on NETGEAR D6220
- Firmware Version V1.0.0.52_1.0.52
- full re-boot of router
- download and install OpenVPN for Windows 64 bit
- downloaded client files, copied in correct location
- VPN name set to NETGEAR-VPN

But connection doesn't work and log only shows this:

I am not sure what this means or how to fix it although from what I have seen one of you will know!

Amusingly, I just tried it on another laptop that 6 months ago was working. Everything in the config folder was still there but OpenVPN was uninstalled.

Installed the windows 10 version again, changed the client1.ovpn IP address of the server and the same error is stopping OpenVPN working.
