"Dangerous network"

I am running dd-wrt and OpenVPN. When I tried to log in here, I got this message:
Forbidden. Dangerous network. Please, try again without VPN.
Why?

I got that message also. I have no clue what it means. Dangerous for what reason(s)? Dangerous to whom?
How do we find networks that are "not dangerous"?
Will someone please shed light on this?

Unless you know otherwise, all networks are considered dangerous ..
