push seamless tunnel

Not sure if this is possible and I haven't been able to find anything that says this is possible or not so thought I'd ask.

Within the Android and iOS OpenVPN apps there are a number of settings that can be modified. Can these be set with push commands? The main setting I'm looking at is Seamless Tunnel so the devices switching from cellular to/from wifi don't 'hang' the vpn as some seem to do when this option isn't checked.
