Can I edit the HTML data passing by OpenVPN?

Hi, I am a beginner of OpenVPN.
Recently, I have succeeded in building OpenVPN server. However, Can I modify the HTTP response passing by my OpenVPN server?
I want to make my teams aware that they are using the VPN server by showing small info box in the web page which they see through the browser.
