After upgrade to Android 9 no config possible

Hi,
after I updated my phone to android 9
1) all existing profiles were gone!
2) I am not able to import my backup file --> "Bad file format"
3) I am not able to recreate the connections manually. If I try to import the certificates, I allways get "Can't decode the certificate" (this certs worked well in the past)
What is the problem? My phone is Huawei P10 pro - and it worked like a charme in the last months.
