is there any difference between android and windows client ?

i set up an openvpn server and a web serve in my router. The router has an public ipv4 address and domain name resolved by ddns server.
Because i want to visit the web server via openvpn, the port that the web server listened is not open to wlan.
An options 'redirect-gateway def1' is added to the config file, and then import the same config file to the android and windows 10 openvpn client.
After connect to the openvpn server of the router, the web server can be accessed in an android phone, and domain name, public ip and lan ip all works.
But in windows 10, only lan ip, such as '192.168.1.1' works.
Why same configuration cause diffenent result?
Is there any diffenrence between windows and android client ?
Thanks for any help!
