How to make OpenVPN server accessible globally

I have one server which is connected with OPEN VPN Access Server. without OpenVPN, it won't connect to another server (i.e. ELK installed). But the problem is the first server should also be accessible without OpenVPN.
E.g.
Server A: www.something.com Server B: ELK server
A needs to be connected with OpenVPN in order to connect and access server B. But server A should be accessible globally without VPN.
E.g.
