Log File Dump Not Capturing Entire Log

Attempted to file bug report following this post: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=25650
but no option/link I could see anywhere about reporting new bugs. So…
When selecting the email icon within the log file page to dump the log file, only a portion of the file is captured, not the entire log. And, ability to select and copy text within Log File is not an option.
