Old VPN Configuration cannot be removed

Was running OpenVPN sometime ago on my iPad. Then ceased to need it, so removed it. I now need it again and have installed latest version, and have setup a working VPN so all is good.
However when I go to the iOS Settings and look at VPN - I see 2 entries:
PC hostname/Ipad - which is listed as OpenVPN [The VPN I have just created]
hostname/Ipad - which says in red "OpenVPN - Update Required". Clicking on the i button for more info it says "Type: OpenVPN" To configure settings for "hostname/ipad" use the OpenVPN application.
However if I go into OpenVPN it does not see this old entry which has hung around from my origiinal use of an older version of OpenVPN.
Does anyone know how I can delete this second entry from the iPad? I am running iOS 12.
Thanks!
