I've noticed an issue since upgrading to 3.0. When my iPhone goes to sleep for more than 10 seconds openvpn disconnects and then reconnect once I wake my phone, which is expected, but there is a couple second delay between when I wake my phone and when it reconnects. I'm running my own server and mainly using openvpn so I can block ads on my iPhone through Pi-hole (dns server/ad blocker). Everything works great when connected, but since 3.0 I've noticed more ads coming in during the couple seconds after I wake/unlock my phone. Before upgrading to 3.0 I didn't notice this happening.

Has something changed in 3.0 in regards to the connection staying active while the phone is asleep or is there some other issue that would be causing data to bypass the openvpn server while it is reconnecting?
