I use openvpn to encrypt VoLTE on a android smartphone... Does openvpn encrypt VoLTE signal? it' s internet voip

I see an option dns google in the openvpn app.

So, what are the originals dns? those of my operator, or those in wifi, with my modem settings?

Can you answer for all data? and VoLTE?
And mobile data and Wifi

I don't want to use operator and google dns. i want to set those what i want in the app.

OpenVPN on Android encrypts all the data you send through the VPN tunnel. So if you redirect all Internet traffic, and you also push a VPN DNS server, then all your Internet traffic should be encrypted through the VPN tunnel, just like it is the case with OpenVPN on pretty much all the other platforms.

So I say a big yes to you open VPN encrypts all the data And when you redirect with your internet traffic on the VPN server then all your data go through in enctrupted form via VPN tunnel
