OpenVPN APP to Teltonika RUT240 Server with Static.key

My Config works fine with OpenVPN Rut240 Server and Wndows OpenVPN

how can i connect with the Android OpenVPN app to my Server?
Work the app with Static.key?
I load the win config but not work
