Rename TAP adapter automatically

Hello ,
I need to change the description of tap adapter 's name when I install open vpn client ( for example i need to change "local Area Connexion 2" or "Ethernet 2" by "openvpn") at the install or after .. Whats the best way to do it (for w7 OS and W10 also) ?
I would like to have the same network card name all the time when I install the openvpn client. Thank you for the help
