openVPN Administrators permission

hello,
i have a Problem with Win 7 64bit Client.
user is not member of Administrators

starten openvpn gui Shows the following error message

Starting this Connection (Client_1517692430) requires Membership in OpenVPN Administrators Group.
Do you want to add yourself to this Group?
This Action may prompt for administrative Password or consent.

i startet already as Domain admin.
but on this Computer it won't work.
