Open vpn won’t run with runas savecred

Hi all,
I’m having trouble getting openvpn to run on a few Windows 10 laptops when using runas with savecred to allow users to run the GUI. If I insert runas.exe /savecred /user:administrator it will ask in CMD screen for the admin Pw, but will not show GUI icon in tray after trying to run. If I delete the line and just do a right click w/ run as admin and put in PW it loads fine and will connect. I’ve used this method to work around users that don’t have admin access on other machines with success, but am running into issues on a few new machines.
