I keep seeing this error message:

post_auth script failed: 'client_ip_addr': internet/defer:102,auth/authdelegate:152,<string>:606 (exceptions.KeyError)

I use oepnvpn access server with the Duo security post auth, but it seems to fail constantly on the legitimate domain (LDAP/Active Directory) users. Any suggestions?

Did you ever get an answer to this?

Kinda hard to debug something that lacks relevant information. The duo security post_auth script is used by lots of users. This isn't an issue we see happening here.
