Blank Screen after installing on Android Tv Box

I have a Mx9Pro Android TV running 7.1.2. I'm not able to see any configuration options after installing the app which leaves a blank screen. Any alternatives or is it not compatible?

Same thing on my mx10. Seems like it issue all mx series
