Install OpenVPN with certs on Win 10 using EasyRSA ?

Having installed OpenVPN on Win 10 pro, is it possible to generate the keys, certificates etc (contents of the /config folder) which I need on Linux and just copy over the files to the Windows 10 machine which needs them. Attempting to use Easy-RSA on Windows 10 pro is seriously Hard-Work. The windows release of Easy-RSA probably worked for some person's Windows configuration; but that hardly justifies calling it a software release. I think it would work far better on Linux.
