is there a windows 64bit version installer for 2.4.3?

the setup guide gets us to the download for 2.4.3, but there is no explicit 64b installer as there are for prior 2.3.x versions.
the win version installs 32b and does not contain the "easy-rsa" folder as suggested in the setup prep steps.
what am I missing?
