Configs From Server

The OpenVPN client should be able to connect with some basic data (hostname, port, etc) and should pull all of it's config from the server. The server, while the current vpn session is active, should be able to make on-the-fly changes to the config, and have those change take affect on the client side.
The VPN server should not route for packets that client is not configured for (disables users setting up redirect gateway on their own).
