Having trouble verifying the Windows 2.4.3 release:

C:\Users\xxx\Downloads>gpg --import samuli_new_public_key.asc

C:\Users\xxx\Downloads>gpg -v --verify openvpn-install-2.4.3-I601.exe.asc

gpg: Signature made 06/21/17 11:20:44 GMT Summer Time using RSA key ID 8CC2B034
gpg: Can't check signature: No public key

Had the same problem, you actually need the "Security mailing list GPG key" from https://openvpn.net/index.php/open-sour ... n/sig.html
That's the one that equates to key ID 8CC2B034
