OpenVPN Access Server log in GUI problem

Hi, everyone.
I`m new with this vpn server but i have little problem.When i want to log in through WEB GUI i cant its show this error "INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND" and it is only problem with Windows 10 machines.No metter what with payed antivirus program or clean installation.
From Windows 7 machines i dont have his problem can enyone help me?
