unable to use vpn since reinstalling windows

Hi Folks

I am not a techy or computer wizz so be gentle please.
I reinstalled windows 7 and downloaded OpenVPN thinking I would just input my details and re-activate it but no I can't do that.
When I right click the only options I have are 'exit' and 'settings' but nowhere for my details :?:

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

You need the VPN config file.
