Hi,
There doesn't appear to be an option within the OpenVPN app to enter the pi-hole dns. But is it possible to enter the dns in a Purevpn OpenVPN file?

I`v found the solution, If it's an .ovpn file just add a line saying:
dhcp-option DNS "ip-address"
