Can I edit the .ovpn config file to exclude some domains?

Even though I want most of my phone traffic to go through my VPN, there are a few domains which I do not want routed through the VPN. Is it possible to instruct OpenVPN Connect not to route these domains through the VPN - possibly via an edit to the config file?
