I would like to setup an openvpn server in an aws account to enable my client to have access to instances and services through a vpn connection.

Once I setup this server - can users at the client site establish a VPN connection from their desktops directly to the vpn server I setup in aws or do they need to gateway thought a vpn device location in their office?
